Job summary

ACA TEAM LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development / Outside Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition for industrial staffing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, are fluent in English and Spanish, and can conduct in-person visits, negotiate service agreements, and build long-term client partnerships across the DFW metroplex.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside or B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, and acquiring new accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Dallas–Fort Worth business market and surrounding industrial areas.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Promote and sell industrial staffing services to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, logistics companies, and other industrial businesses.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and other outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend meetings with business owners, hiring managers, HR departments, and operations managers.
• Present customized staffing solutions based on each client's workforce needs.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and staffing agreements with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client staffing needs are communicated and fulfilled.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and new client acquisition targets.
• Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
