Job summary

DYCHE Industrial Services LLC in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an experienced Sales Business Development professional to grow our commercial and industrial client base. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and building lasting client relationships.

You will conduct outreach, coordinate with operations to prepare proposals and quotes, visit sites, present service capabilities, and nurture a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to use data or project information to identify opportunities and evaluate market potential.
• Clear verbal and written communication with effective presentation abilities.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, networking, and building a sales pipeline.
• Ability to assess industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Customer service focus with responsiveness and long‑term client satisfaction.
• Experience in industrial services, mechanical contracting, construction, or related fields is beneficial.
• Proven B2B sales or business development track record in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and visit customer locations.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM familiarity.
• Education in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in commercial and industrial markets.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Lead generation, market research, and proposal/quote preparation with operations staff.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into projects and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Meet with clients on-site, understand project requirements, and present service capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and seamless handoffs.
• Represent DYCHE Industrial Services at industry events and client meetings; track performance metrics.
