Job summary

Eticom Mx in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a hands-on B2B Sales Representative to prospect, acquire new customers, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing.

You will build relationships with clients, coordinate with our teams in Mexico, and enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commissions. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and a drive to grow a territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work on-site in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and in-person visits.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
• Develop customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate customer needs with our commercial and operational teams in Mexico.
