Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 5-7 years of sales, territory management, account management, or related business development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Able and willing to work in an office environment.
• Strong coaching, performance management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Territory Managers to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on sales effectiveness, pipeline management, territory planning, and professional development.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to address opportunities and performance gaps.
• Provide performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action in alignment with company policies and leadership expectations.
• Support talent acquisition activities including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Drive execution of territory strategies designed to increase production, agency engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze sales trends, production data, and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and operational improvement.
• Collaborate with field sales, underwriting, marketing, operations, and other business partners to support territory objectives.
• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and development programs to strengthen sales competencies and product knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate reporting and communicate performance results, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused culture that emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
