Central Automotive Group’s South Houston Nissan Dealership is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to connect customers with service technicians for vehicle maintenance and repairs. The role emphasizes clear communication of needs, costs, and status, ensuring a smooth service experience at the dealership.

The position requires automotive knowledge, strong communication and a preference for bilingual English/Spanish speakers, with Nissan experience and prior service advisory work being a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive products, repairs and parts.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Punctual, reliable with good communication.
• Bilingual Eng/Spanish preferred.
• Nissan experience and service advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine repair or maintenance needs.
• Write repair orders for new and used vehicles.
• Act as liaison between customer and service technicians and convey repair status and costs.
• Follow up with customers on surveys.
• Provide updates and confirmations on service progress.
