Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive products, repairs and parts.
• Mechanical and auto parts knowledge required.
• Ability to understand sales training and new product information.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Punctual, reliable with good communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Nissan experience preferred.
• Service advisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders for vehicles entering the service department.
• Follow up with clients about surveys and service progress.
• Transfer calls to schedule service appointments.
• Meet and greet customers arriving at their vehicle.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers at pickup.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail.
• Communicate updates daily to customers.
