Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn dealership management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking customers about vehicle concerns, repairs, estimates, and updates.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians for accurate communication and timely repairs.
• Monitor repair orders and progress, coordinating with technicians and updating customers.
• Identify maintenance opportunities and contribute to service department sales and profitability goals.
• Prepare and explain service recommendations, repair estimates, and completion times.
• Verify that authorized services are completed according to dealership standards.
• Maintain customer records and repair documentation; ensure proper follow-up with customers.
