O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, bilingual capability, efficient cash handling, returns processing, and support for professional customers. Training will be provided to ensure product knowledge and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process cash, checks, and credit payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks: stocking shelves, planogram updates, and imaging operations.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose issues) where allowed by state law.
