• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and secure the cash drawer.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with policies and issue credits as needed.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, timely manner.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock, planograms, and image maker tasks as needed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require.
