Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

The role involves greeting customers, helping them select parts, processing transactions, and assisting with stock, planograms and image updates. Bilingual (Spanish) is encouraged, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Familiar with automotive parts and sales processes.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Process transactions accurately and secure cash drawer.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with store upkeep and stocking (image maker, planogram updates).
• Perform in-store services and operate test equipment after training.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
