• Bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policies.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks such as stocking shelves, planogram updates, and freight receival.
