- Bilingual abilities encouraged; Spanish desired.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
- Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
- Answer store phone per policy; lookup parts and quote prices; suggest related items.
- Process exchanges and returns per policy; secure cash drawer and process payments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Assist with image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, and fronting.
