Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and the role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions, returns, and handling phone inquiries.

Responsibilities include stocking, planogram updates, image maker tasks, and occasional vehicle deliveries as needed.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, card transactions, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts and quote prices, promote related items.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and allowed by policy.
