Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will be welcomed on the team.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them choose merchandise, handling cash and transactions, processing exchanges, resolving complaints, and supporting daily store operations. Occasional local deliveries may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, including Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call and related selling.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
