Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and help professional customers when needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. In this role you will process transactions, manage exchanges/returns, and participate in daily operations such as stocking and image planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot).
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices and suggest related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and secure the cash drawer.
