O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training relevant to the position will be provided.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing cash and credit transactions, handling returns, and maintaining stock and planograms. Occasional deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsabilités

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist their merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers as needed and directed.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts and quotes, offer related items.
• Handle cash drawer, cash/credit transactions and returns per policy.
• Address complaints and resolve them in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock updates, planogram changes, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
