O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks and operations, including call handling, parts lookup, and quote delivery.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, stocking, returns processing, and operating store equipment after training. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and support is available for professional customers

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling store customers and phone calls simultaneously.
