Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in day-to-day tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may assist with customer calls, merchandise selection, and related selling. The role includes handling cash, returns, and various store operations with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed
• Process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions
• Answer store calls and quote prices per policy and promote Low-Price Guarantee
• Perform daily store operations including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker tasks
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed
