This role will assume shift management in the absence of leadership and lead a team to deliver top-notch service to both retail and professional customers.

The position emphasizes strong communication, adherence to policies, and efficient process handling for transfers, orders, returns, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom with program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds using correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Monitor schedule adherence and clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and end-of-day procedures.
