Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC seeks an Account Servicing Specialist (Impounds) responsible for servicing auto loan accounts and ensuring compliance with FDCPA and company policies. You will negotiate payment arrangements and review accounts for special assistance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent English/Spanish, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the collections field, preferably in subprime consumer lending.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and tactfully.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and reinstatement of accounts.
• Review accounts for special assistance and gather necessary documents.
• Initiate and review repossession efforts to recover collateral.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Skip-tracing to locate customers and perform outbound/inbound calls.
• Meet/exceed daily and monthly queue goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
