Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Impounds) to service auto loan accounts and ensure compliance with policies and FDCPA. The role involves negotiating payment arrangements, reviewing accounts for modifications, and initiating repossession actions when necessary.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in collections, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections, preferably subprime lending.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Able to interpret and apply FDCPA and related laws.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Follow all policies and FDCPA requirements.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to obtain payment or reinstatement.
• Review accounts for special assistance and gather necessary documents.
• Initiate and review repossession efforts to recover collateral.
• Document account activity accurately and professionally.
• Conduct skip-tracing to locate customers.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls via auto-dialing or manual systems.
• Maintain queue performance and meet daily/monthly goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
