Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (60 Days) to manage 60-day delinquent auto loans. You will document collections activity and work to arrange repayments, while helping customers keep their vehicle.

In-office positions are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA, with California-based remote work for eligible employees. Strong negotiator with Spanish/English fluency preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, preferably subprime lending.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service 60-day delinquent auto loan accounts and document activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document all interactions accurately in servicing software.
• Use skip tracing and reference sources to locate borrowers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
