O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes leading the team in customer service, assisting in hiring, and managing store functions during the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak hours and assist in hiring and interviews.
• Coach/mentoring of team members and ensure training compliance.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on goals, performance feedback and scheduling.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing duties and security.
