Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and ensuring training compliance.
• Participate in hiring activities: recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
