Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification are required.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staff execute programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and setting/monitoring team goals and training.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interviews to hire qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed efficiently and accurately.
