O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. You will lead the team, manage the store during absence or opposing shifts, and help ensure top service for customers.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training and manager certifications are required.
• RSS certification is required for the role.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is desirable.
• Certifications for parts and ASE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service programs and ensure staffing for peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback of team members.
• Process returns, invoicing, and daily store operations per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure store security and cleanliness.
