Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor including program execution.
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals, giving feedback, coaching, and training.
• Assist in hiring tasks: recruiting, interviews, and selecting qualified team members.
• Answer the telephone according to policy.
