O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role involves leading the team in servicing customers and managing shifts in the manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and programs.
• Ensure staffing for peak hours at the sales counter.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting tasks, interviews, candidate evaluation.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed promptly.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
