Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable certifications include Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, training, coaching, and goal setting for team members.
• Ensure proper processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and add orders.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, including security, deposits, and end-of-day procedures.
