Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks an EP Account Manager in New York to drive Essential Plan enrollment and build strategic relationships with providers, community organizations, and key accounts. This field-based role blends in-person outreach with remote work in a NY market, requiring strong communication and bilingual skills.

You will enroll eligible members, present plan information, manage pipelines, and ensure a high-quality enrollment experience while meeting sales targets and travel within the NYC

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) in good standing or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
• 1+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel locally up to 100% of time within NYC market area with reliable transportation
• Willing and able to work core business hours, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm; some nights/weekends
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area
• Bilingual English and Korean

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.)
• Present health plan information to providers, business advocates, and potential eligible and responsible for closing sales
• Provide enrollment support and ensure excellent service for members
• Lead pipeline management and meet enrollment targets within territory
• Track events, leads, appointments, and relationship progress daily in internal systems
