UnitedHealthcare in New York is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to drive Essential Plan enrollment in a field-based role. You will build relationships with provider offices, community organizations, and other key accounts to grow membership and promote plan options.

The role requires travel within NYC, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills in English and Korean. A base pay plus bonus structure is offered with flexible remote work within commutable

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel locally up to 100% of time within NYC market area with reliable transport.
• Willing to work core business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm) plus nights/weekends when required.
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area.
• Bilingual English and Korean.

Responsabilités

• Enroll eligible members in UnitedHealthcare Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and advocates; responsible for closing sales.
• Serve as point of contact for members to provide excellent service and enrollment experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment goals within assigned territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings, including in-home consultations.
• Track and manage events, leads, and schedule through internal systems.
