Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking an EP Account Manager to drive enrollment for the New York Essential Plan. This field-based role builds strategic relationships with providers, community organizations and other influencers to enroll eligible members and grow market presence.

You will present plan information, manage pipelines, and deliver excellent service while meeting enrollment targets in NYC. Travel and bilingual communication are required.

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified NYSOH CAC in good standing or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
• 1+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing and able to travel locally up to 100% within NYC market area
• Willing and able to work core hours 8am-5pm, plus nights/weekends if required
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area
• Bilingual English plus one or more additional languages

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.)
• Present health plan information to providers, business advocacies, and potential eligible members
• Provide excellent service and enrollment experience for members
• Lead pipeline management and track progress daily in internal systems
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets within the assigned territory
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings, including in-home consultations
• Manage multiple priorities and visit provider offices regularly
