Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) in good standing or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing and able to travel locally up to 100% of time within NYC market area.
• Willing and able to work core business hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm; some nights/weekends as required.
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area.
• Bilingual English and Burmese.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (providers, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and prospects to close sales.
• Serve as main contact for members to provide enrollment support and service.
• Lead pipeline management and track sales activity.
