Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's UnitedHealthcare division in New York is seeking an EP Account Manager to enroll eligible members in the Essential Plan and grow the New York market footprint.

You will build relationships with providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders, manage a sales pipeline, and present plan information across multiple settings to drive enrollment while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) in good standing or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• 1+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel locally up to 100% within NYC market; reliable transport or public transit.
• Willing to work Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; nights and weekends when required.
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area.
• Bilingual English and Gujarati.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and potential eligible and drive enrollment.
• Serve as point of contact for members to provide service and enrollment experience.
• Lead pipeline management and meet enrollment expectations within territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings, including in-home consultations.
• Input consumer demographics and interactions into company systems.
• Track and measure events, leads, and progress daily through internal systems.
• Stay informed on operations, provider network, premiums, member services, claims, and benefits.
