Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a field-based Bilingual Account Manager (Filipino) to enroll eligible members in the Essential Plan and cultivate relationships with provider offices, pharmacies, and community organizations in the New York market.

You will present health plan information, manage multiple priorities, and provide outstanding service while achieving sales and enrollment targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (NYSOH CAC) in good standing or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel locally up to 100% within NYC market area with reliable transportation
• Willing to work core hours Mon–Fri 8am–5pm and nights/weekends when required
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area
• Bilingual English and Filipino

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and advocates; close sales.
• Serve as the point of contact for members to ensure enrollment experience.
