Job summary

UnitedHealthcare in New York is seeking an EP Account Manager to drive Essential Plan enrollment and build strategic relationships with provider offices, pharmacies and community organizations. You will present plan information, manage the sales pipeline and meet enrollment targets across a New York market.

This field-based role allows telecommuting options within the NYC metro area, requires travel, and entails coordinating with care coalitions to expand plan access for eligible New Yorkers

Qualifications

• Marketplace Certified (CAC) in good standing or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• 1+ years of B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Willing and able to travel locally up to 100% of time within NYC market area.
• Willing and able to work core business hours, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and nights/weekends when required.
• Reside within commuting distance to New York Metropolitan area.
• Bilingual English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (provider offices, pharmacies, CBOs, housing, etc.).
• Present health plan information to providers and advocates; responsible for closing sales.
• Serve as point of contact for members to provide excellent service and enrollment experience.
• Lead pipeline management.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment expectations within assigned territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in multiple settings, including in-home consultations.
• Input consumer demographics and interactions into company systems as appropriate.
• Track and measure sales events, leads, appointments and relationship progress daily.
