Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a bilingual Account Manager for the New York market. This field-based role involves enrolling Essential Plan members, building relationships with providers and community partners, and driving sales and enrollment growth across multiple channels.

You will work indoors and outdoors, travel within the NYC area, and report to the EP Sales & Account Management team. Excellent communication and bilingual capabilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Vietnamese required.
• 1+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach experience.
• Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel locally up to 100% within NYC market area with reliable transportation.
• Able to work hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, plus nights/weekends when required.
• Reside within commuting distance to the New York Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan.
• Build and foster relationships with key accounts (providers, pharmacies, CBOs, housing).
• Present health plan information to providers and advocates; close sales.
