Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Account Manager to join the TSD Mobility Solutions team in an in-office role. You will liaison between customers and internal teams, communicating enhancements, campaigns, and developments, while ensuring data accuracy in CRM and guiding post-sales delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, managing retention risks, and making strategic calls to key locations. Travel up to 25% across the US is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the car rental industry.
• Experience in software sales preferred.
• Ability to travel 25% across the US.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction, building ongoing relationships.
• Manage long-term health of the customer base, identify risks and retention.
• Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales lists.
• Proactively call key accounts to identify and execute growth opportunities.
