Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is hiring an Intake Coordinator/Care Coordinator who is bilingual in English and Spanish. This role focuses on managing intake and referrals across the organization, supporting clinicians, administrative staff, and funding sources, and ensuring timely processing of information in EMR systems.

The position requires ABA intake experience, a relevant degree, and strong collaboration across teams in a remote PST-hours environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework.
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with CentralReach and CRM systems; high volume intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals daily in a timely manner.
• Provide intake data to Regional Director/Clinician/Admin team on the same day of intake.
• Serve as a resource on intake and triage.
• Assist scheduling and understanding patient referrals and treatment plans.
• Participate in intake/triage orientation for new staff.
• Respond to patient and non-patient emergencies per policy.
• Verify client information and enter into referral/EMR systems.
• Enter authorization data into EMR and follow up with funding sources.
