Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is required.
• Experience in intake management or healthcare administration.
• ABA experience is required.
• Strong leadership and ownership of processes.
• Excellent communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact for new families entering care.
• Oversee intake cases from referral through authorization and case-ready status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness for service start.
• Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate BCBA assessments.
• Monitor timelines and identify bottlenecks to keep the pipeline moving.
