Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a bilingual Intake Coordinator/Care Coordinator to join our remote team serving California communities. You will handle referrals, intake data, scheduling support, and coordination with clinicians and funding sources.

The role requires one of: an associate degree or two years of college, 3–5 years ABA intake experience, proficiency with CentralReach and CRM systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with CentralReach and CRM systems.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheet and Internet software.
• Able to interact with volunteers, staff, clients and a diverse population.
• Familiar with the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Processes referrals daily in a timely manner.
• Provides intake data to leadership the same day intake is completed.
• Serves as a resource for intake and triage.
• Supports scheduling with understanding of referrals/treatment.
• Participates in orientation of new staff.
• Responds to emergencies per policy.
• Enters client information and authorizations; codes CPT/ICD-9 as needed.
• Monitors referral tracking systems and intake progress.
• Identifies billing/documentation issues for clinicians.
• Maintains accurate intake and referral records.
• Supports scheduling and regional directors with timelines.
