Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is hiring an Intake Coordinator/Care Coordinator to manage referrals and intake processes for clients with developmental needs. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, experience with ABA intake, and proficiency with CRM and EMR systems.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers remote work with PST hours, competitive pay, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization supporting families and caregivers across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework.
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals daily with timely completion.
• Provide intake data to Regional Director/Clinician/ Admin teams.
• Assist with scheduling and orientation of new staff.
• Enter authorization information into EMR and coordinate with funding sources.
• Respond to inquiries from clinicians, clients and funding sources.
