Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a bilingual Intake Coordinator/Care Coordinator to manage referrals and intake workflows across our California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii programs. This full-time, non-exempt role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong data handling, and experience with CentralReach and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college coursework.
• Experience in ABA intake preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient with CentralReach and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Process referrals daily in a timely manner.
• Provide intake data to leadership the same day as intake is completed.
• Serve as a resource for staff on intake and triage.
• Assist scheduling with patient referrals and treatment details.
• Participate in new staff intake/triage orientation.
• Respond to inquiries from clinicians, clients and funding sources.
