Center for Social Dynamics is seeking an Intake Coordinator/Care Coordinator who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our California-based team. This full-time, non-exempt role supports intake and referral processes across the organization, coordinating with clinicians, admin staff, and funding sources.

Remote work is offered with PST hours. The position requires ABA intake experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CentralReach and CRM/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university or two years of college coursework.
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Processes referrals daily in a timely manner.
• Provides intake data to Regional Director/Clinician/Admin team same day of intake completion.
• Serves as resource to staff on intake and triage.
• Assists scheduling and other admin tasks related to referrals.
• Participates in intake/triage orientation of new staff.
• Responds to patient and non-patient emergencies per policy.
• Enters client information from referrals into systems accurately.
• Manages authorization information in EMR and follows up with funding sources.
• Reviews assessments for clerical errors before sending to funding sources.
• Identifies billing/documentation issues and reports to clinicians/managers.
• Documents all interactions with clients and inquiries from staff/funding sources.
• Enters referral information into tracking systems daily.
