Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor at the Trek Store Highlands Ranch to care for bikes, troubleshoot repairs, and install accessories on-site. You’ll engage customers, learn about new models, and help keep gear running flawlessly with a focus on hospitality and strong service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot
• Install the accessories customers select for their new bike
• Be the first to work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor
• Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running smoothly
• When the Service Manager is unavailable, be the face of the department to customers
• Communicate with customers to evaluate issues and recommend repairs, showing strong hospitality and problem-solving
