Job summary

Trek Store Fort Collins is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who cares for bikes and helps customers love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service bikes on the spot, and install accessories on new bikes, while getting hands on brand-new models before they hit the floor.

You’ll build relationships with customers, bring top-notch hospitality, and communicate clearly. We value willingness to learn, leadership, and problem solving, and you’ll support the Service Manager when needed.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
• Install accessories on customers' new bikes.
• Be the first to handle brand new models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers and keep gear running flawlessly.
• Serve as the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
