Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor at Trek Store Palm Springs to diagnose repairs and service bikes on the spot, while installing accessories customers choose for their new bikes. You’ll interact with customers and build trust, and you’ll be the face of the department when the Service Manager isn’t available.

Self-motivation and team-focused attitude.
Fantastic hospitality and listening skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desire to learn ins and outs of servicing bicycles.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on the spot.
Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
Be the first to handle brand-new models before they hit the sales floor.
Build relationships with customers and be the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable.
