Job summary

Trek is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who cares for bikes so owners love riding them. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, service bikes on the spot, and install accessories customers choose for their new bike while building trust with shoppers.

You’ll often be the face of the service department when the manager is away, bringing hospitality, strong communication, and a problem‑solving mindset. A willingness to learn and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities
