Job summary

Trek is hiring a Service Technician/Advisor at Trek Store Reno to care for bikes and help customers on the shop floor. You’ll troubleshoot repairs, install accessories, and work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor, while building relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong hospitality and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new bicycle technologies.
• Ability to diagnose issues and recommend repairs.
• Attention to detail and troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot repairs and service bikes on-site.
• Install accessories customers select for their new bike.
• Be the first to handle brand new Trek models before they hit the sales floor.
• Build relationships with customers and support the Service Manager.
