Job summary

The Trek Store Highlands Ranch is seeking a Service Technician/Advisor who loves bikes and helping customers. You’ll diagnose repairs, service a wide range of bicycles, and install accessories on-site, while delivering outstanding hospitality.

As the face of the service team, you’ll build trusted relationships with riders, learn brand-new models first, and work with the Service Manager to keep gear running smoothly and customers smiling.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills for advising customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn about bikes, parts, and repair methods.
• Attention to detail in diagnosing issues and completing repairs.
• Willingness to pitch in on any task and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair bicycles on-site.
• Service a wide range of bikes and install accessories selected by customers.
• Hands-on work with brand-new bike models before they hit the floor.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the service department.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team, upholding Trek hospitality standards.
